Digital Marketing / Social Media Intern

We're looking for an early-career digital marketer who wants to learn, experiment, execute and grow with us.

What you'll work on:

Social Media

• Manage and grow social media pages
• You will do - post/schedule content, monitor clients pages, and scroll through YOUR profile for ideas and references.
• You will be involved in - content planning, creative team coordination, client meetings, content creation.

Performance Marketing

• Do paid campaigns across digital platforms and deliver results [Results means not just business or sales or leads, results can be insights, analysis, data, ideas, carity etc]

And

• You can be involved in everything from bringing business to directing ads. :)

You don't need to be an expert in everything. You could be more social media-focused, more performance marketing-focused, or someone who genuinely enjoys both.

• Explore platforms, tools, trends and ideas
• Understand the brands we work with
• Share interesting things you discover
• Ask questions. Challenge things. Suggest better ways.

Who we're looking for

• 0–1 year of experience
• Students, freshers and early-career marketers are welcome
• Curious about digital marketing
• Interested in learning performance marketing
• Good at communicating and coordinating
• Willing to experiment and learn from mistakes
• Someone who doesn't need a checklist for everything

Most importantly:

We're looking for effort, curiosity and ownership. In short, make mistakes and own it. ;)

This starts as a 3-month internship. [Work from Office, at Kottayam]

Do good work. Learn fast. Take ownership. Show us what you can do.

[This will be a paid internship. But we are open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience; the remuneration varies according to the candidate.]
