- Have 3+ years experience in digital marketing & SEO.
- Have worked in large agencies or on Google/Accenture projects (campaign management or similar).
- Can prove hands-on SEO expertise (audits, optimisation, results-driven case studies).
- Have strong Google Ads and social media campaign management skills (Meta, LinkedIn; TikTok a bonus).
- Possess top-notch communication skills able to confidently talk to overseas clients (NZ, UK).
- Are comfortable with client-facing video calls (must be sincere, clear, and professional on camera).
- Can present dashboards, share insights, and lead monthly client meetings.
- Are results-oriented and able to work independently with light supervision.
- Are team players, open to collaboration, and adaptable to a flexible remote/office culture.
