The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on search engine optimization (SEO), content strategy, website performance, and online visibility. This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution with advanced SEO practices to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and support lead-generation goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, schema, URL structure, internal linking).
Manage off-page SEO (backlink building, outreach campaigns, guest posting).
Monitor search rankings, crawl issues, and indexation using SEO tools.
Optimize website content for organic search performance.
2. Digital Marketing Campaigns
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Optimize PPC and paid social campaigns for traffic, leads, and ROI.
Track and manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign KPIs.
3. Content Strategy & Optimization
Work with the content team to produce SEO-friendly articles, blogs, landing pages, and website content.
Optimize content for readability, keyword relevance, and search performance.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and digital marketing goals.
4. Website Management
Collaborate with developers and designers to implement SEO/UX improvements.
Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and page experience metrics (Core Web Vitals).
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
5. Social Media & Email Marketing
Support social media content planning and execution.
Optimize posts for engagement and reach.
Run email marketing campaigns and automate workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to analyze performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering organic traffic, keyword performance, campaign ROI, and improvement recommendations.
Track KPIs such as conversions, CTR, CAC, CPL, and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
14 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO.
Strong understanding of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads (preferred).
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
