Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role includes media planning, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and sales databased campaign planning, leveraging AI tools and automation to improve performance efficiency. You'll also be expected to implement advanced SEM strategies and explore native ad channels to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Native Ad platforms.
  • Develop and manage media plans aligned with campaign goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Perform in-depth keyword and audience analysis to uncover high-value segments and inform data-driven targeting strategies.
  • Implement and validate conversion tracking setups through GA4, GTM.
  • Use AI-based tools for campaign optimization, creative generation, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze sales data and lead quality to refine audience targeting and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Track and evaluate budget pacing, impression delivery, and spend efficiency to maintain consistent campaign performance and ROI alignment.
  • Research market trends and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and apply the latest SEM optimization techniques.
  • Compile and organize campaign performance data, ensuring proper documentation, and analyze key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Native Ad platforms.
  • Good understanding of SEM campaigns, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, CRM mapping).
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, etc.).
  • Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Google Ads (Required) , Meta Blueprint (Optional), Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
