Role Description

The Business Development Intern will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for Zverev Labs regulated crypto offerings, including P2P Crypto Exchange Services, Crypto FD, Crypto SIP, and Crypto Loans. The role demands strong industry knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to navigate a compliance-heavy environment under FIU-IND regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

Identify, target, and onboard individual and institutional clients for P2P crypto trading, Crypto FD, SIP, and loan products.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations tailored to investor needs.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Partnership Development

Establish partnerships with liquidity providers, OTC desks, and payment gateways.

Build alliances with wealth managers, crypto traders, HNI networks, and fintech communities.

Negotiate commercial terms and sign agreements that align with company growth goals.

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine sales strategies.

Identify new growth opportunities in the crypto investment and lending space.

Provide feedback to the product team for feature enhancements based on client needs.

Compliance & Reporting

Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure onboarding processes meet FIU-IND and AML/KYC guidelines.

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Brand Representation

Represent Zverev Labs at crypto and fintech events, webinars, and conferences.

Actively engage in networking activities to increase brand visibility and trust.
