About the Role
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Digital Marketing Sales Expert to join our growing team at Webcomp Digitex Pvt. Ltd., Pune. You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, pitching our full suite of digital marketing services, and building long-term client relationships. If you are target-driven, confident in front of clients, and understand the digital marketing landscape, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads across industries via calls, meetings, and digital outreach
- Pitch and sell Webcomp Digitex's full service suite including SEO, performance marketing, web development, social media management, and video production
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitch presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from discovery to onboarding
- Plan and execute outreach strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project kickoffs and client satisfaction
- Achieve and report on monthly revenue targets
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Strong command over email marketing and cold outreach techniques
- Excellent sales pitch and presentation skills — ability to confidently present to decision-makers
- Strategic planning ability to identify target markets and build outreach plans
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services — SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and web development
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
- Active presence on LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation
