About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Webcomp Digitex Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue by offering digital marketing solutions like SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development, and Video Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calling
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Pitch digital marketing services tailored to client needs
- Prepare and send customized proposals/quotations
- Maintain and regularly update CRM, lead trackers, and client briefing sheets
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (Web, Graphics, Video, Social Media)
- Assist in onboarding and briefing internal teams
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
- Handle client objections professionally and provide solutions
- Attend networking events and industry expos
- Share feedback and insights from the market with internal teams
- Report progress and key metrics to leadership
Requirements:- 13 years of sales experience in digital marketing or IT services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with lead tracking and CRM tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and proposal creation tools
