About BrandVelocity.ai

We are an AI-native Agentic Marketing Operating System built for growth-stage consumer brands. Our platform brings together brand intelligence, audience understanding, competitor radar, AI search visibility (AEO and GEO), content generation, and campaign execution into one continuous system. We are pre-seed, part of NVIDIA Inception and Google AI Startup programs, and actively partnering with anchor brands.

The Role

This is a hands-on brand strategy and digital marketing role sitting at the intersection of practitioner craft and AI product building. You will work closely with the founding team and our clients, executing brand strategy across product positioning, client delivery, and thought leadership, while actively shaping how our Agentic Marketing OS thinks and behaves.

What you will do

Client Engagement and Account Management Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for anchor clients, owning the relationship from brief to delivery. Develop brand intelligence outputs, positioning maps, audience frameworks, and insight synthesis using the BrandVelocity.ai platform. Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communication for campaign POCs and pilot engagements. Ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction in close partnership with the founding team.

Product and Platform Co-creation Bring a practitioner's lens to product discussions, ensuring platform outputs are strategically rigorous and usable in real client contexts. Translate field learnings into product feedback, helping shape agent behaviour, output quality, and workflow design. Partner with the CTO and AI team to convert technical capabilities into clear, client-facing storytelling.

Brand Strategy Frameworks and Methodology Support the development and documentation of BrandVelocity.ai's core brand strategy methodology. Help build repeatable, scalable brand intelligence processes within the platform's KNOW, DECIDE, ACT, LEARN model. Codify practitioner expertise into frameworks the platform can learn from.

Go-to-Market and Thought Leadership Support GTM execution across target verticals. Assist in developing platform messaging, positioning frameworks, and external brand narrative. Create thought leadership content, articles, LinkedIn posts, and decks that build BrandVelocity.ai's credibility in the MarTech space.

What we are looking for

3 to 4 years of experience in brand strategy, account management, or integrated marketing, either agency or brand side. Hands-on experience running Google and Meta ad campaigns, with Google certification preferred. Proven exposure to B2C and D2C consumer brands and performance marketing, with a strong grasp of digital KPIs. End-to-end experience managing influencer marketing campaigns. Strong account management skills, comfortable owning client relationships with minimal supervision. Strong written communication, as you will be writing decks, frameworks, and client documents regularly.

Genuine curiosity about AI and how agentic systems can augment strategy and execution. Comfort working with AI tools as collaborators, prompting, evaluating outputs, refining workflows, not just consuming them. An instinct for spotting patterns in messy client data and translating them into structured frameworks. Working knowledge of, or strong curiosity about, the modern MarTech stack: GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, identity and audience platforms, and AI search surfaces like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overviews. Comfort in ambiguity, the ability to operate with high ownership in a founder-led, early-stage environment. A builder's mindset, you see every client engagement as both a delivery and a chance to make the product smarter.
