About the Role
SpellBee International is seeking a Digital Marketing & PR Executive to lead our digital presence and occasionally represent our brand on-ground. This role is primarily focused on digital and social media marketing, with a seasonal public relations component involving school visits between June and September.
Throughout the year, you'll be shaping our brand narrative onlinecreating content, running campaigns, and managing our digital strategy. During the months of June to September, you'll step into the role of brand representative, traveling to schools in Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai to present our educational programs and engage directly with educators, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (Primary Role Year-Round):
- Plan and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Design and run paid advertising campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation
- Monitor digital analytics, track campaign performance, and generate reports
- Collaborate with the creative team for designing visuals and marketing collateral
- Respond to online inquiries and maintain brand consistency across platforms
Public Relations (Seasonal June to September):
- Travel occasionally to schools in Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai to represent SpellBee
- Deliver engaging presentations on our Strategic Language Enhancement Programme (SLEP) and national-level competitions
- Serve as the face of the brand during parent-teacher meetings and school events
- Address questions, share the vision of SpellBee, and build rapport with school communities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Aged between 20 and 25 years
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Creative, proactive, and social media-savvy
- Confident presenter with a people-first approach
- Willingness to travel independently during the school outreach season
- Passionate about education and public engagement
