Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn with no supervision required.
- Own multiple real estate projects simultaneously, managing dedicated budgets, timelines, and performance targets for each independently.
- Build campaign strategies from scratch for new project launches including audience research, creative briefing, platform selection, and go-to-market planning.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaigns daily across all active projects, making data-backed decisions autonomously.
- Manage real estate portal placements (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com) and optimize listings for maximum lead quality per project.
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure GTM, pixels, UTM frameworks, and conversion APIs independently for each campaign.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and project teams to align campaign messaging with project positioning, then execute independently.
- Develop and own SEO strategies per project, working on on-page optimization, local SEO, and content planning without ongoing direction.
- Integrate campaigns with CRM platforms and set up automated lead nurturing workflows for each project independently.
- Deliver clear, structured performance reports per project with insights and next-step recommendations to stakeholders.
