Job Description

Role Objective

V-Guard is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join the Digital Marketing team under our ECDI (Emerging Channels and Digital Initiatives) department. This role is designed for a versatile operator who can manage the intersection of creative strategy, multi-channel e-commerce operations, and financial hygiene. You will be instrumental in driving growth across our most innovative and fast-paced channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Content & Channel Strategy

  • Content Excellence: Develop and execute content strategies for E-commerce, Q-Comm (Quick Commerce), D2C, Modern Trade (MT), and RSS.
  • Listing & Hygiene: Maintain end-to-end Digital Shelf hygiene, including SEO-optimized listings, A+ content, product latching, rating & review management, answering customer Q&A and regular audits of product catalogs across platforms.
  • Social Media & Ads: Create engaging social media content and assist in the execution and monitoring of digital advertisements & D2C events.
  • Agency Management: Coordinate with external creative and content agencies to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables (Video & Static).

2. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • MIS & Dashboards: Own the reporting landscape by maintaining comprehensive MIS and Sales Dashboards for all digital and emerging sales channels.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and operational execution of high-decibel Sales Events and promotional calendars.
  • Performance Insights: Track campaign performance and channel health to provide actionable data to the Digital Marketing team.

3. Financial & Operational Management

  • Budget Operations: Manage platform wallets and oversee the operational aspects of marketing budgets.
  • Finance Liaison: Handle the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, including vendor payment processing, vendor onboarding, documentation, and budget reconciliation.
  • General Ops: Execute day-to-day operational tasks that support the broader ECDI marketing mandate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Full-time MBA
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience. Direct experience in E-commerce content and operations is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Creative: Proficient in Canva; basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
  • Social & Ads: Familiarity with social media content creation and digital ad platforms.
  • E-commerce Basics: Foundational understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, digital marketing principles, and e-commerce advertising (Marketplace Ads/Performance Marketing).
  • Analytical: Advanced Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, Pivot Tables, and visualization etc).

Candidate Profile

  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong aesthetic sense for creative content combined with a disciplined approach to financial and data reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating within the Digital Marketing team and across the V-Guard corporate structure.
