Role Overview
What this really means is simple: leads, conversions, and scale.
We're looking for a growth-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who thinks in funnels, not followers. Someone who understands how to turn visibility into enquiries, enquiries into bookings, and spends into measurable ROI.
We already have a Social Media Manager handling content and daily brand communication.
This role owns performance, demand generation, and conversion optimisation.
Core Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Build and manage conversion-focused funnels across Meta and Google
- Drive high-intent leads for bookings, enquiries, and calls
- Optimise landing pages, forms, WhatsApp flows, and call CTAs
- Improve lead quality, not just lead volume
2. Paid Performance Marketing
- Own Meta Ads for lead gen, remarketing, and scale campaigns
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, local & brand keywords)
- Creative testing in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
- Budget planning, scaling, and ROAS/CPL control
3. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Analyze user journeys from ad click to enquiry
- Identify drop-offs and fix them using copy, layout, or flow changes
- Improve website and landing page conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing where relevant
4. SEO & Intent-Driven Organic Growth
- Drive search-led demand, not vanity traffic
- Keyword strategy focused on booking and enquiry intent
- Lead backlinking initiatives to build authority and rankings
- Align SEO content with conversion goals
5. GMB & Local Discovery
- Own Google My Business optimization for multiple locations
- Increase calls, direction requests, and enquiries via local search
- Manage reviews, updates, and visibility metrics
- Handle verification, suspensions, and access issues if required
6. Data, Tracking & Reporting
- Set up and monitor GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager
- Track CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and channel performance
- Share actionable insights, not just reports
- Continuously iterate based on data
What We're Looking For
- Strong performance marketing mindset with real lead-gen results
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Solid understanding of CRO, funnels, and attribution
- SEO knowledge with emphasis on intent and conversions
- Experience working with multi-location or high-volume lead businesses
- Comfortable collaborating with creative and sales teams
