Job Summary:

We are looking for ahighly experienced, dynamic, and visionary Digital Marketing Managerto lead all aspects of our digital marketing operations. The selected candidate will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels includingGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email, WhatsApp, and website marketing to build brand awareness and drive international customer engagement.

This is asenior leadership position, offering excellent growth potential and an attractive compensation package for the right candidate capable of heading the company's entire digital marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage acomprehensive digital marketing strategyaligned with company goals.
  • Lead and oversee campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads & Marketing
  • SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
  • Social Media Management(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Email Marketing Campaigns(newsletters, automation, drip campaigns)
  • WhatsApp Marketing & WhatsApp API-based communication
  • Website marketing and optimizationfor lead generation and conversions.
  • Plan and manage monthly marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective ad performance with measurable ROI.
  • Oversee the design, content creation, and publishing of digital content across platforms.
  • Analyze web traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Manage CRM-based lead generation, nurturing, and automation systems.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and technical teams to deliver cohesive and engaging campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to refine strategy.
  • Present performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house digital team to ensure consistent innovation and execution excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree inMarketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum58 years of professional experiencein digital marketing, with at least3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Management
  • SEO Optimization (Technical + Content-based)
  • Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
  • WhatsApp Marketing & API Integration
  • Website Management (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding ofanalytics tools(Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, etc.).
  • ExcellentEnglish communication skills verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in thetravel and tourism industryis a strong advantage.
