We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Karaikkudi. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, monitoring and analyzing web analytics, managing social media strategies, and driving lead generation efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with organizational goals and will keep up with industry trends to optimize online presence and effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Marketing campaign management
• Experience with Web Analytics and metrics-driven marketing insights
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and develop result-oriented strategies
• Experience with marketing technologies or tools, such as SEO, SEM, and CRM, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
