Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead and manage digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.

Team Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the digital marketing team.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Provide relevant support to other teams as needed to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

Digital Focus:

• Maintain a strong focus on digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• No client interaction is required for this role; the focus is on internal team coordination and project execution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Delivery Excellence:

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics.

This Role Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong project management skills with a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing project management.
• Hands on experience on utilizing digital marketing tools such as Sem Rush and HubSpot to enhance campaign performance and analytics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
