Roles and Responsibilities -
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
Requirements -
- 2 -3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
