ASE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can build and execute digital strategies that generate high-quality leads and measurable revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for qualified lead generation.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across digital channels.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
• Handle On-Page & Off-Page SEO to improve organic visibility and leads.
• Manage GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager and other analytics tools.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research and conversion optimization.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
• Track and report marketing performance from ad spend → leads → customers → revenue.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Someone who focuses on business results, not just clicks, impressions, or lead volume.
