Digital Marketing Manager

At Veblika, we are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who has hands-on for 360° Digital Marketing role involving strategy, execution, content creation, branding, lead generation and team mentoring.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: 710, Tower A, IThum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Maximum Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and executing the company's overall digital marketing strategy.

* Managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

* Creating engaging Reels, Shorts and other video content.

* Being comfortable creating videos using your own face and voice.

* Developing content ideas, scripts, hooks and campaigns for digital platforms.

* Building and managing the company's online brand presence.

* Generating B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital channels.

* Personally connecting with businesses through LinkedIn and initiating one-to-one conversations for lead generation.

* Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent social media activity.

* Exploring influencer marketing, collaborations and other brand-building opportunities.

* Tracking digital marketing performance, leads, engagement and conversions.

* Identifying new digital marketing opportunities and experimenting with new content formats.

* Handling the complete digital marketing cycle from strategy → content → execution → lead generation → analysis → improvement.

* Mentoring and managing a team of approximately 10 interns, helping them understand tasks, maintaining productivity and reviewing their work.

* Taking ownership of the team's daily digital marketing activities and ensuring timely execution.

Candidate Expectations

We are looking for someone who is:

* Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

* Able to communicate clearly using both voice and video.

* Creative and capable of independently developing content ideas.

* Comfortable with LinkedIn and B2B lead generation.

* Interested in social media, branding, content creation and digital marketing.

* Capable of managing multiple digital marketing activities simultaneously.

* Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.

* Able to mentor and guide a team of around 10 interns.

* Willing to work from our Noida Sector 62 office, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

* Comfortable with the maximum salary of ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills, experience and interview performance.
