Marketing Manager

Shift Timing : 5:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST

5 days work

Budget : Up to 15 LPA ( Depends upon interview )

Candidate must have English Fluency Like American

Individual Role

Interview Mode: Online

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with international

exposure.

• Opportunity to travel to New York for training.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, social media, and content

creation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively during evening hours and collaborate with a U.S.-based team.

• Proficiency in using marketing tools/software.

Proficiency in English communication is very important for the role. Relocating to closer place to office is a must

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts. You will

work from our comfortable and conveniently located Bangalore office during the evening shift

. This position is ideal for a motivated professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Pay-Per-Click Campaigns: Coordinate with vendors to manage and optimize PPC

campaigns.

• Website Management: Work with third-party vendors to enhance, update, and maintain

the company's websites.

• Social Media: Prepare and post LinkedIn content to enhance the company's online

presence.

• Newsletter: Create and distribute a weekly company newsletter to keep stakeholders

informed.

• Pre-Qualification Forms: Handle the preparation and submission of pre-qualification

forms for potential projects.

• Lead Generation: Collaborate with a third-party outbound call center to solicit potential

clients.

• Marketing Materials: Update company marketing materials as needed to effectively

represent our brand.
