Job description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• META Marketing and campaigns 
• Create and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Track, analyze, and report on website analytics, campaign performance, and social media metrics.ial s
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Design and oversee the social media strategy to engage users and ensure a consistent brand message.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product, customer service) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Manage and mentor junior marketing staff or external agencies/contractors.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for campaign execution.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
• Conducted keyword research and implemented on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
• Track and report on SEO performance and trends.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
• Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI.
• Use data to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.

Handling social media platforms

• Regular post on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
• Create a monthly calendar for weekly post
• Replying to all the comments

Customer Engagement and Retention:

• Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through various digital channels.
• Implement loyalty programs or initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.

Salary bracket: 5LPA

Job Location: Noida Sector 105

Job timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM
