Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, and display advertising. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage social media calendars, oversee content creation with internal and external stakeholders, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Daily responsibilities include monitoring web analytics, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The role also requires close collaboration with sales, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including platform management, content scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools, focusing on conversion optimization and funnel management.
  • Ability to work with Web Analytics platforms to track performance, interpret data, and inform decision-making.
  • Relevant experience in agency or client-side digital roles, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
