Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in Agra. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies, overseeing social media marketing efforts, generating leads, monitoring web analytics, and optimizing marketing campaigns. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align initiatives with business goals and ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies
• Manage and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives
• Drive lead generation and brand visibility
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams
• Manage budgets, timelines, and ROI reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry
• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing
• Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing or a related field
