Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Stellent is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own end-to-end digital marketing delivery for our clients while also driving marketing and brand-building for Stellent's own products and services. This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role: you'll manage client campaigns, plan and create social media content, run Meta ad campaigns, lead a small team, and use AI tools to move faster and produce sharper work every day.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on all digital marketing deliverables.
• Own end-to-end execution of client digital marketing services; planning, delivery, timelines, and quality.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Build and manage monthly/weekly social media planners and calendars across platforms for clients and for Stellent.
• Design and produce creatives, posts, and short videos using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI creative tools.
• Create marketing collateral — decks, one-pagers, campaign assets — for Stellent's own products and services.

Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)

• Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns — audiences, budgets, creatives, and bidding.
• Track performance and report on key metrics, translating data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 (designers / content executives / interns).
• Assign work, review output for quality and brand consistency, and keep the team on schedule across multiple clients.

AI-Powered Marketing Workflows

• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Heygen to speed up content creation, planning, research, and reporting.
• Bring new AI tools and workflows into the team's day-to-day to keep output quality high and turnaround fast.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or client-servicing environment.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — setup, optimization, and reporting.
• A strong portfolio of social media content and creative work.
• Some experience leading or mentoring a small team, or clear readiness to take on that responsibility.
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and marketing/CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Genuine comfort using AI tools (Claude and similar) as part of your daily workflow.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills — confident dealing directly with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing and general marketing skills, with the ability to design and manage integrated campaigns.
• Experience in social media marketing, including channel management, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in IT or AI-focused organizations is a plus.
