Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and overall return on investment.

Marketing Funnel and Conversion Optimisation

  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing funnels, including landing pages and lead capture mechanisms.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead through testing and optimisation.

Content and Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of relevant and high-quality content such as posts, videos, and testimonials.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research relevant to study abroad services.
  • Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.
  • Drive consistent organic traffic and lead generation.

Email Marketing and CRM Management

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including automated drip sequences.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and nurture leads.
  • Support communication strategies through email and messaging platforms.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators such as cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support the sales team by improving lead quality and conversion processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the study abroad, education, or EdTech sector.
  • Exposure to webinar-based marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
