Job Description - We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious and focused individual to join our company Academy of Vedic Vidya as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategies of the company to new heights. You will lead a young and talented team of digital marketing professionals and will work to develop, implement, and optimize different digital marketing campaigns for lead generation. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, deploying, and monitoring the performance of the marketing team and will directly report to the directors of the company. You should be a leader having experience in handling teams successfully over the years and a proven growth rate strategy for a company.

About the company - Academy of Vedic Vidya is a division of SkillEnable Edutech Private Ltd. that specializes in employability-focused Occult Science courses. We have been able to make a footprint pan India through our student-friendly classes taken by qualified and efficient trainers. As it is a completely new segment in the Edu-tech industry, Digital marketing plays a vital role in lead generation, client reputation building and the overall growth in the company's revenue generation.

Schedule: Day shift

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Work From Office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels (lead generation).

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Budget management and resource allocation for digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience in digital marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Paid campaigning knowledge (PPC, FB Ads, Google Ads)

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Strong project management skills

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Should be passionate about the Ed-tech sales/education sector.

A go-getter, who is willing to work individually under pressure to meet the desired result for the company.

Who is willing to take charge and ownership of the responsibility that is assigned by the management

Capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving to ensure integrity and customer-centricity.

Ability to commute/relocate- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
