Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Vadodara. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online platforms to promote Santushti's products and brand. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, creating and optimizing content, monitoring online engagement, and coordinating promotions with the in-store team. The role involves tracking performance through web analytics tools, optimizing campaigns for lead generation and footfall, and preparing regular reports and insights for management. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and drive customer loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan and manage cross-channel campaigns.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing to build brand awareness and engage online audiences.
• Ability in Lead Generation to drive inquiries, conversions, and store visits.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an eye for creative, brand-aligned content.
• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns for consumer brands, preferably food & beverage or retail.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate with teams, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
