Role Description

Sahir Web Solutions is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager Intern to join our on-site team in Chandigarh. The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.

The role involves managing paid advertising campaigns, improving lead generation strategies, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing website traffic, and supporting brand growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time digital marketing campaigns, performance analytics, and strategic online marketing execution.

Shift: Night Shift (7:30pm - 3:30am)

Key Resposibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI
• Generate and manage leads through paid marketing channels
• Support social media marketing and content promotion strategies
• Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and advertising trends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Understanding of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing concepts
• Familiarity with Lead Generation and Campaign Optimization
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and web metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the digital marketing field
