Role Description

SACC is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building and marketing initiatives. Based in Panchkula, this full-time role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, managing digital campaigns, strengthening online presence, and supporting outreach efforts across our programs, startup ecosystem initiatives, and coworking ventures.

The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role requires hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, content marketing, website management, event promotion, and performance tracking.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance engagement, generate leads, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Develop and execute brand, marketing, and communication strategies
  • Plan, create, and oversee content calendars and publishing schedules
  • Run, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Manage website content, updates, user experience, and performance
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, programs, and outreach initiatives
  • Support both virtual and on-ground marketing activities
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
    • MBA (Marketing) preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, or marketing communications
    • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or related disciplines are an advantage

  • Skills Required

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement
    • Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities
    • Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making
