Rapos is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing, social media, SEO, and overall online growth across our Hospitality & E-commerce verticals.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Bektash and Rapos E-commerce websites.
- Manage and mentor the internal marketing team.
- Coordinate with multiple agencies (creative, performance, SEO, influencer, production).
- Run performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat ads.
- Oversee social media strategy, content, reels, UGC, and engagement.
- Execute Local SEO for all Bektash outlets (maps ranking, reviews, keywords).
- Handle E-commerce SEO (keyword research, product page optimisation, technical SEO).
- Run WhatsApp Campaigns (offers, retention, automations, reactivation).
- Manage Email Marketing campaigns (newsletters, abandoned cart flows, promotions).
- Plan and execute In-store marketing campaigns (QR codes, posters, feedback systems).
- Work on website traffic growth, conversion optimisation, and customer retention.
- Create monthly marketing calendars and festival campaigns.
- Track KPIs, analyse data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports (GA4, UTM tracking).
