Raj Deep ENVIROCON LLPis a leadingEngineering and Manufacturing companyoperating in theB2B sector. Our main offerings include, but are not limited to, pneumatic conveying systems, dust extraction systems, grain handling systems, etc. We are seeking a seasonedDigital Marketing Managerto lead our digital growth strategy. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical SEO expertise, paid media strategy, and team leadership.

As a manager, you would need to lead our online presence and manage our creative pipeline. You will be responsible for overseeing our SEO strategy, managing website health, and driving engagement across social platforms, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn.

You won't just be doing; you will be leading. You'll need to manage a team of freelance graphic designers and photo/video creators to make sure all content aligns with our company goals and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Paid Media Strategy:Oversee and strategiseGoogle Ads (SEM)andMeta Adsto drive B2B inquiries and brand awareness.
  • B2B Content & Social:Lead ourLinkedInstrategy to connect with industry stakeholders; manageWhatsAppandemailmarketing for direct client engagement.
  • Search & Web Performance:End-to-end SEO management for domestic and international markets, including backlink building and technical website handling to ensure we rank for high-intent engineering keywords.
  • Creative Pipeline Management:Act as the bridge between business goals and creative execution. You will manage FREELANCEGraphic Designers and Video Creators, ensuring technical products are represented accurately and professionally.
  • Market Positioning:Understand our engineering products to better communicate value propositions to a B2B audience.
  • Analytics:Track and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies based on data to improve ROI and ROAS.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Experience:Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role is mandatory. Experience inB2B or Industrial/Manufacturing marketingis a significant advantage.Freshers and Interns will not be considered.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush), and CMS handling.
  • Language Proficiency:Must be fluent inEnglish, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Local Candidates Only:This is a100% On-site role. We do not provide accommodation or relocation assistance; therefore, we are looking for candidates currently residing in the local area.No Work-From-Home is provided.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or arelated field.
