Job Summary:
This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise across SEO, paid media, social media marketing, analytics, outreach, and AI-driven marketing, combined with strong people leadership and client-facing capabilities. You will be responsible for shaping digital strategies, mentoring teams, and ensuring measurable business impact for international clients..
Roles and Responsibilities:
l Manage and scale multiple international client accounts (US/UK/Europe).
l Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client KPIs.
l Own SEO delivery (technical, content, outreach, and link building).
l Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
l Lead social media strategy and execution for brand growth and lead generation.
l Use AI marketing tools for campaign optimization, automation, audience targeting, content ideation, and performance forecasting.
l Analyze and report performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and ad platforms.
l Present insights, results, and optimization plans to clients with clarity and confidence.
l Lead, mentor, and quality-check work of SEO, paid ads, content, outreach, and social media teams.
l Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and consistent performance across all client accounts.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setup.
Strong expertise in SEO, paid ads, social media, analytics, outreach, and AI-driven marketing.
Proven experience handling multiple international clients simultaneously.
Excellent client communication and team leadership skills.
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint are a plus.
