Role & responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms:Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Website, SEO & Analytics

  • Manage company websites and landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Execute on-page and off-pageSEOstrategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic viaGoogle Analytics, Search Console, and recommend improvements.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and schedule engaging content forInstagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTubealigned with brand aesthetics.
  • Track engagement metrics and implement strategies to increase reach, followers, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for high-impact visual and video content.

Email & CRM Campaigns

  • Plan and executeemail marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, segment leads, and nurture them through digital touchpoints.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid media budgets, set KPIs, track ROI, and report performance across platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for specialized campaigns or influencer marketing.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate and qualify leads forreal estate, wellness programs, and retreats.
  • Build lead funnels, automation workflows, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and CRM efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 37 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate or wellness/hospitality background is a plus).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound are an added advantage.
  • Proficiency inGoogle Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience withSEO toolslike SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Hands-on withGoogle Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and heatmap tools like Hotjar.
  • Working knowledge ofCRMtools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) andemail marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding ofconversion funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
