Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote Bharani Velli Maaligai. This includes driving engagement, enhancing our digital footprint, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content on social media platforms.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles to grow follower engagement and brand awareness.
SEO and Website Optimization:
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to drive organic traffic.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to the target audience.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
Customer Engagement:
- Manage online customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Collaborations and Partnerships:
- Work with influencers and affiliates to amplify brand reach.
- Explore collaborations that align with the brand's values and goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (jewelry industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
