Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in the MEP / BIM / AEC domain who can take full ownership of our digital growth. The role is focused on generating high-quality international leads, building brand presence, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy

• Identify target audiences (MEP consultants, architects, contractors, developers)

• Plan campaigns for USA & Canada markets

2. Lead Generation (Core Responsibility)

• Generate qualified B2B leads through:

• SEO

• Google Ads

• LinkedIn Ads

• Email campaigns

• Optimize landing pages and funnels for higher conversions

• Track and improve cost per lead (CPL)

3. SEO & Website Growth

• Build and execute keyword strategy for MEP & BIM services

• Optimize website pages, blogs, and case studies

• Improve organic traffic and rankings

4. Content & Branding

• Manage creation of:

• Blogs

• Case studies

• Brochures

• Email content

• Translate technical engineering services into client-friendly messaging

• Maintain consistent brand identity

5. LinkedIn & Social Media

• Build and manage strong LinkedIn presence

• Create targeted campaigns for international clients

• Execute content calendar

6. Email Marketing & Automation

• Run cold email campaigns for US/Canada outreach

• Manage tools like Brevo or similar platforms

• Set up automation workflows and drip campaigns

7. Performance Tracking

• Monitor KPIs: leads, conversions, traffic, ROI

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush

• Share monthly reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 3–8 years in digital marketing

Mandatory: Experience in MEP / BIM / AEC industry

• Strong understanding of B2B and international marketing

• Proven track record in lead generation for services

Expertise in:

• SEO & SEM

• Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads

• Email marketing

• Content strategy

Tools:

• Google Analytics

• Search Console

• SEMrush / Ahrefs

• CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with engineering or BIM companies

• Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BIM coordination

• Experience targeting US/Canada clients
