About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing and organic growth initiatives. This role will own end-to-end digital strategy across multiple websites, manage ROI-focused funnels, and drive measurable business growth through data-led decision-making.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, optimize, and report on high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize multiple websites for performance, SEO, and conversions
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Technical, Content, and Off-page)
- Lead performance marketing strategies across:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Design and manage ROI-driven marketing funnels across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion stages
- Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve lead and revenue performance
- Plan and execute inbound lead generation strategies
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing
- Perform deep data analysis to derive actionable growth insights
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and ROI directly to the CEO and leadership team
- Lead competitor analysis and ongoing market research to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, development, sales) to ensure campaign alignment
- Own marketing performance dashboards and reporting using data visualization tools
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and tools
- Build, test, and optimize high-converting funnels and user journeys
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Performance Marketing platforms:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Advanced knowledge of SEO strategy and execution
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC)
- Experience with Looker Studio for reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and ROI modeling
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in conversion tracking, event setup, and attribution frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude and other marketing AI platforms) to improve productivity and performance
Ability to manage multiple projects and websites simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B inbound and lead generation environments
- Experience reporting directly to leadership or C-suite
- Strong project management and team coordination skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
- Proven ability to scale ROI-positive growth channels
