Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across platforms. This is a strategic and execution-driven leadership role, responsible for strengthening digital presence, driving audience engagement, and ensuring effective use of digital channels to support business growth.
The role requires a strong mix of digital strategy, campaign execution, data understanding, and team/agency management.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Plan integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Identify growth opportunities across platforms and customer touchpoints
Channel Management & Execution
- Lead digital initiatives across search, social, display, video, website, and app platforms
- Ensure optimal utilization of digital platforms to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant digital metrics
- Optimize campaigns based on insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership
Content, Social & Media Collaboration
- Collaborate with content, social media, and creative teams to drive impactful digital campaigns
- Ensure digital content is aligned with campaign objectives and platform best practices
- Support video-led and content-driven digital initiatives
Team & Agency Management
- Manage and mentor in-house digital marketing team members
- Coordinate with media, performance, and creative agencies
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met efficiently
Market Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates
- Recommend new formats, technologies, and approaches to improve digital impact
Skills & Experience Required
Must-Have
- Strong experience in digital marketing leadership roles
- Proven expertise across major digital platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
- Hands-on experience managing agencies and large-scale campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Experience working with growing or scaled brands
