Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (US & UK Clients)
Working Hours: 9-hour shift Monday Friday (Overlapping US & UK time zones required)

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of client accounts, lead the team, maintain quality standards, drive marketing performance, and implement automation systems to improve operational efficiency.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Managing international client relationships
Leading internal digital marketing teams
Ensuring quality control before submission
Training and mentoring team members
Overseeing strategy and execution across marketing channels
Managing CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI-powered workflows
Implementing automation systems using tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, and AI integrations
Key Responsibilities
1.) Client Relationship & Communication Management
Lead onboarding calls and strategy discussions
Conduct regular client meetings (US & UK clients)
Present strategies, roadmaps, and performance reports
Manage client expectations and timelines
Handle escalations professionally
Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Ensure client retention and satisfaction
2.) Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage digital marketing team members
Allocate work based on skill sets and project priorities
Ensure deadlines are met
Monitor team productivity and performance
Conduct weekly team meetings
Guide team members on improvement areas
Lead by example in professionalism and accountability
3.) Team Training & Development
Conduct regular training sessions for:
- Website best practices
- Paid ads optimization
- Content strategy
- Client communication
- CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- AI-powered marketing workflows
Train the team on tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, and AI marketing tools
Identify skill gaps within the team
Develop SOPs and documentation
Support junior team members in professional growth
Improve English communication standards within the team
4.) Quality Control & Final Review
Review all deliverables before client submission including websites, ads, social media content, campaigns, CRM pipelines, and reports
Ensure work meets international quality standards
Maintain brand consistency and accuracy
Prevent errors, delays, and miscommunication
5.) Website Design & Development
Manage website projects (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)
Coordinate between designers and developers
Ensure websites are conversion-focused
Approve wireframes and final outputs
Ensure SEO basics are implemented
6.) Social Media Marketing Management
Oversee content strategy and calendar planning
Review captions and creatives
Monitor growth and engagement
Improve positioning and messaging
Guide team on trend-based and strategic content
7.) Performance Marketing Oversight
Plan and supervise Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns
Track KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR)
Optimize campaigns based on data
Present performance reports to clients
Suggest scaling strategies
8.) Marketing Operations & Process Management
Ensure smooth workflow between client and team
Improve internal systems and accountability
Track deadlines and deliverables
Maintain documentation and reporting systems
Manage CRM systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL)
Monitor lead pipelines, funnels, and campaign performance
Implement marketing automation systems to improve operational efficiency
9.) AI Automation & Workflow Integration
Design and implement automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or similar tools
Build AI-powered marketing processes for lead generation, follow-ups, and campaign optimization
Automate CRM pipelines, lead nurturing sequences, and reporting systems
Integrate marketing tools, CRMs, and communication platforms
Implement AI-assisted content creation, analytics, and campaign insights
Improve internal operations through AI-driven automation and workflow optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Experience handling international clients (US/UK preferred)
Prior experience leading a team
Strong knowledge of website project management, social media strategy, paid advertising, analytics, and reporting
Experience with CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel)
Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
Familiarity with AI marketing tools and workflow automation
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident in client calls and presentations
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to work overlapping US/UK hours when required
