We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the Client Marketing Division at CommerceShop a 15+ year-old agency specializing in eCommerce performance, CRO, and development services for US-based brands.
You will own digital growth for a portfolio of eCommerce clients across the US, working closely with internal specialists and directly with clients to scale campaigns across Google Ads (especially Shopping/PMax), SEO, Social Media, Email, and Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Walmart).
This is a client-facing leadership role best suited for a strategic thinker who also loves rolling up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution for US-based eCommerce clients
Manage large-scale SEO and PPC programs (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
Optimize product feeds, keyword strategies, and campaign structure for scale
Guide cross-channel efforts in Social Media Ads, Email Marketing & Amazon Ads
Work directly with clients on reviews, planning, budgets, and quarterly growth roadmaps
Analyze data using GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets to make strategic decisions
Mentor and manage a team of 46 digital marketers
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for CRO, content, tech and analytics needs
Must-Have Experience
1115 years total digital marketing experience, with minimum 7+ years hands-on
Proven experience working with US-based eCommerce brands
Agency background is mandatory
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), Google Shopping & Feed Optimization
Experience working across Social Media, Email Automation, and Marketplace platforms
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup from our Chennai office
Willing to work evening shifts to align with U.S. client hours
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in Klaviyo, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads
CRO tools like VWO, Hotjar, Optimizely
Hands-on with GA4, Tag Manager, and eCommerce analytics
Education
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta, etc. preferred
