Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing Team.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, admissions, franchise inquiries, and daycare enrollments.
- Manage and optimize all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure regular posting, content planning, engagement, and growth across all social media pages.
- Create and monitor monthly social media calendars and campaign plans.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, PPC campaigns, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement.
- Generate quality leads through digital channels and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with content creators, influencers, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing executives.
- Analyze competitors digital activities and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
- Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Ensure website content remains updated, optimized, and user-friendly.
- Utilize AI tools intelligently for content creation, campaign optimization, automation, analytics, lead generation, and productivity enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain the online reputation of the organization.
- Work closely with Sales, Franchise, Admissions, HR, and Academic teams to support business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and digital automation platforms.
- Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Creative thinker with a result-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Education, Preschool, School, Franchise, or Service Industry preferred.
