Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing Team.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, admissions, franchise inquiries, and daycare enrollments.
  • Manage and optimize all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure regular posting, content planning, engagement, and growth across all social media pages.
  • Create and monitor monthly social media calendars and campaign plans.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, PPC campaigns, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Generate quality leads through digital channels and improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with content creators, influencers, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing executives.
  • Analyze competitors digital activities and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
  • Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
  • Ensure website content remains updated, optimized, and user-friendly.
  • Utilize AI tools intelligently for content creation, campaign optimization, automation, analytics, lead generation, and productivity enhancement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain the online reputation of the organization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Franchise, Admissions, HR, and Academic teams to support business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and digital automation platforms.
  • Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Education, Preschool, School, Franchise, or Service Industry preferred.
