We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and accelerate e-commerce growth. The role involves ownership of customer acquisition, retention, brand presence, and digital performance across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce goals.
- Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, programmatic, marketplaces) to achieve ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
- Lead SEO initiatives: keyword strategy, on-page/off-page optimization, and content planning.
- Oversee CRM and retention activities including email, SMS, and automation workflows.
- Manage social media presence, content calendars, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- Monitor web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and generate performance insights and reports.
- Improve website conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing, and UX collaboration.
- Manage agency partners, freelancers, and coordinate with internal teams (creative, tech, merchandizing).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or D2C.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
