Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive free and paid consultations.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and low CAC.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content) to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (healthtech, D2C, or consumer services preferred).
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and retention metrics.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize campaigns for ROI. Experience with 5-10 Lac Budget per month ad accounts is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer).
- Strong analytical mindset and experience in data-driven decision-making and Problem Solving.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
