Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Digital Marketing Planning
Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to achieve client and
company objectives.
Identify and target high-potential industries and clients for tailored marketing
solutions.
2. Marketing Automation
Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and
improve efficiency.
Create automated workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and performance
tracking.
3. Lead Generation Responsibilities
Design and execute lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram),
Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
Develop lead capture forms that align with campaign objectives.
Analyze audience insights and adjust targeting strategies to maximize lead quality.
4. Client Relationship Management
Lead client presentations, follow-ups, and strategy discussions to ensure alignment
with their digital marketing goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while acting as a trusted
advisor.
5. Market Trend Analysis
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to stay
ahead in the digital landscape.
Identify opportunities for service diversification and geographic expansion.
6. Leadership & Team Collaboration
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve project goals and exceed
client expectations.
Collaborate with creative, performance, and technical teams to deliver impactful
campaigns and automation solutions.
7. Campaign Optimization
Oversee the creation and optimization of ad campaigns, content marketing
initiatives, and social media strategies.
Ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and exceed performance
benchmarks.
8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and
client ROI.
Provide actionable insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: BBA, MBA, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related
field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a digital marketing role with a focus on automation and
campaign management.
Salary: As per Industry standards + Incentives
Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and exceeding
performance goals.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Pabbly, Aisensy, HubSpot, Marketo, or
similar platforms).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and automation technologies.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
