We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and brand growth for Hotelogix. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable executing campaigns and leading a small team, is an expert in SEO, GEO, AEO and paid marketing, and someone who understands the complete demand engine across SEO, paid media, email, and social channels for a global B2B SaaS brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Demand Generation
- Build and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads from organic, paid, and owned channels.
- Hands on execution of paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to deliver consistent, high-quality leads.
- Plan and hands-on execution of SEO strategies from keyword research to content optimisation and link-building to grow organic traffic and visibility.
- Has experience with using AI tools (other than LLMs) to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing
2. Campaign Planning & Performance
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across SEO, GEO, SEM, paid ads, email, and social media.
- Own the marketing budget and track ROI across all channels.
- Continuously analyse and optimise campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM data.
- Should be able to execute end-to-end podcast and webinars
3. Content & Conversion Optimization
- Work with the content team to create impactful blogs, landing pages, eBooks, and case studies aligned with keyword and funnel goals.
- Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices to improve lead quality and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
- Ensure strong alignment between website content, SEO, GEO, and paid campaigns.
4. Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Build and optimise lead nurturing workflows through email marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Design and test CTAs, landing pages, and forms for better engagement and conversion.
- Ensure timely and accurate handoff of MQLs to the sales team.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise creative, targeting, and messaging.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership regularly.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a small team of specialists across SEO, GEO, paid media, and content.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
- Manage external agencies or freelancers when needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, ideally for global SMB markets.
- Proven expertise in SEO, GEO and paid marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and conversion funnels.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Search Console, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
- Experience managing and mentoring a small digital team.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias for execution.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with growth marketing and A/B testing frameworks.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for campaign optimisation, automation, or content creation.
