About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing professional to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding content, design, product, and communityto develop innovative strategies that energize our user base and foster brand loyalty. The role demands a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing efforts, with a particular focus on performance optimization and automation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2C, community, social, or lifestyle platforms. Demonstrated expertise in managing digital channels such as social media, email marketing, PPC, influencer collaborations, SEO, GEO strategies, and mobile marketing is essential. Hands-on experience with chatbots, conversational AI, and marketing automation tools is highly desirable. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and social scheduling platforms is required. Candidates should have excellent analytical skills, a test-and-learn mindset, and a creative, empathetic approach to connect with primarily female audiences. Strong project management, communication skills, and a passion for building community-driven brands are critical. Experience marketing to Tier 2/3 cities in India will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end growth strategies across the entire funnel, from user acquisition to retention. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and continuously refining digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and mobile platforms to meet brand and revenue objectives. The role involves managing paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube, with a focus on KPI-driven optimization to maximize return on ad spend and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Leading organic and paid content strategies across social channels is another core responsibility, which includes collaborating with creators and influencers to amplify brand reach and virality. Driving community growth and retention through onboarding, re-engagement, and referral programs is essential to foster loyalty and sustained engagement. The candidate will also strengthen web and app visibility through SEO and GEO strategies, ensuring discoverability by search engines and AI platforms.

Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics using tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Salesforce CRM dashboards will be vital for rapid optimization and achieving measurable business impact. Additionally, deploying AI-powered marketing automation and leveraging Agentic AI for real-time decision-making will enhance campaign efficiency and personalization. The role also involves implementing autonomous e-commerce systems that self-optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with minimal manual intervention.

Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies is critical to ensure strategic alignment, cohesive execution, and achievement of overarching business goals. The manager will serve as a key driver of innovative marketing initiatives that integrate technology, creativity, and data insights to propel the company's growth trajectory.
