Digital Marketing Manager – Higher Education

About the Role

We are seeking a result-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our education digital marketing initiatives. The role involves conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate high-quality student leads and enhance visibility for our international university clients in India and South Asia.

What you need to do:

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) targeting students across India & South Asia with an aim to generate leads leading to student recruitment.
  • Drive qualified leads for international universities through innovative funnel strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Develop creative digital content to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) focused on student acquisition and engagement.
  • Create performance marketing plan and execute with focused results.
  • Develop and manage lead-generation funnels that convert digital engagement into qualified inquiries.
  • Manage paid media budgets and ensure optimal ROI and cost-per-lead (CPL) performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, creatives, and landing pages aligned with each university's brand.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign metrics to improve targeting and performance.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis within the higher education digital landscape.
  • Manage social media strategy and enhance the digital visibility of university partners through consistent, impactful storytelling.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / performance marketing, in the Higher Education sector, Education Agencies, Study Abroad is a must
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Rich experience of managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, CRM integration, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and project-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for measurable results.
