About the Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, platform growth strategy, and performance optimization - working closely with Category, E-commerce, and Brand teams.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute performance campaigns across Q-commerce platforms
- Own platform-specific levers: search ads, display placements, and in-app merchandising
- Develop monthly and quarterly media plans aligned with business targets
2. Performance Marketing & Optimization
- Manage campaign budgets and drive efficiency across CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Continuously optimize bids, creatives, keywords, and placements based on performance data
- Run A/B tests across creatives, ad content, and assortment to improve conversion rates
3. Growth & Scale
- Identify growth opportunities across cities, categories, and time slots (dayparting)
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency benchmarks
- Work on new product launches and seasonal spikes (summer, festivals, etc.)
4. Platform & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with platform teams to unlock visibility and growth opportunities
- Negotiate visibility, placements, and campaign opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, supply chain, analytics) to ensure readiness and execution.
5. Data & Analytics
- Track and analyze key funnel metrics
- Build dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly reviews
- Derive actionable insights to improve performance and influence product strategy
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on Blinkit, Instamart, or Zepto.
- Experience scaling campaigns with measurable impact on revenue and ROI

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Experience with A/B testing tools
