Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience to lead our digital initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive growth for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is a blend of a data scientist and a creative storytellersomeone who can analyze complex metrics but also understands what makes a brand's voice resonate.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email) tailored to specific client goals and industries.

Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROAS.

SEO Leadership: Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive high-quality traffic for client websites.

Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other BI tools to monitor KPIs, provide actionable insights, and create transparent reports for clients.

Client Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, translating technical data into business-speak to show real-world ROI.

Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to improve conversion funnels and user experience (UX).

Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and collaborate with our web development and design teams to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 45 years of proven experience in digital marketing (Agency experience is highly preferred).

Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to clients confidently.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Certifications: Google Ads/Analytics certifications are a significant plus.
