The Role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Google Ads Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Supertails Google advertising ecosystem. This role will drive scalable growth across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns, with a strong focus on demand capture, acquisition efficiency, and lifetime value.
The role requires a strong balance of data-driven decision-making and performance intuition, along with hands-on experience managing large budgets, complex account structures, and full-funnel strategies. This position is critical to Supertails revenue growth, unit economics, and performance marketing maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Media Planning & Budget Ownership
- Own and execute quarterly and monthly Google Ads media plans, aligned with business goals across commerce, services, and app growth.
- Manage and optimize a multi-crore annual budget across the full funnelfrom high-intent demand capture to upper-funnel demand generation.
- Build forecasts, performance models, and clear reporting for senior leadership.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end execution across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns.
- Design scalable account structures, keyword strategies, bidding frameworks (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions), and feed-based campaigns.
- Continuously optimize using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, Impression Share, LTV, and Incrementality.
- Drive structured experimentation across bidding, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Feed, Tracking & Measurement Excellence
- Own Google Merchant Center performance, feed health, and diagnostics in partnership with product and tech teams.
- Ensure strong conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, and clean signal quality.
- Leverage search intent and query insights to influence merchandising, category strategy, and broader marketing decisions.
- Creative & Demand Strategy Collaboration
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to develop high-performing ad copies, extensions, video assets, and landing page experiences.
- Translate performance and intent insights into messaging and creative direction.
- Support demand generation initiatives through YouTube and upper-funnel testing.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 37 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts for a high-growth e-commerce or D2C brand.
- Strong expertise across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns.
- Proven experience owning large monthly budgets with clear accountability for ROAS and growth.
- Deep understanding of Google Merchant Center, feed optimization, and Shopping performance levers.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Ads, GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and performance reporting.
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Good-to-Haves
- Experience with App campaigns and mobile measurement platforms like Appsflyer.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution challenges.
- Exposure to SEO, CRO, or landing page optimization.
