Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue through performance channels
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies
Monitor daily budgets, bids, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion metrics
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve funnel performance
Implement tracking via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion APIs
Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Proficient in GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical, optimization, and problem-sol
